Banyan Group launches Bellaguna residential brand

Banyan Group has unveiled Bellaguna, a new residential brand aimed at modern global homeowners seeking a refined, purpose-driven lifestyle.

The brand's first project, Bellaguna Lake Residences Lotus, is located at the iconic Laguna Phuket and offers contemporary lakeside condominiums.

Designed for year-round living, Bellaguna residences are professionally managed by Banyan Group but operate independently from hotel inventory, providing a private and flexible lifestyle.

Stuart Reading, Managing Director of Banyan Group Residences, stated, "Standalone premium residences have become a rapidly expanding part of our business, and it was important to create a dedicated identity for this segment."

The name "Bellaguna" combines "Bella," reflecting the beauty of the residences and their surroundings, and "Laguna," celebrating the renowned Laguna Phuket.
