Neuzil, who previously served as Director of Rooms at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, will focus on enhancing guest experiences and launching innovative family-friendly programmes.
Neuzil's previous role at Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, an AAA Four-Diamond all-season resort, involved managing 358 guest rooms, 29 luxury villas, and 136 timeshare units. In his new role, Neuzil aims to implement new tools and services to elevate the guest experience at Timber Ridge, ensuring it remains a top destination for families and leisure travellers in the Midwest. Michael Evans, president of Marcus Hotels & Resorts, expressed confidence in Neuzil's ability to enhance the lodge's offerings, stating, "Jeffโs extensive experience in hospitality and his commitment to exceptional guest service make him the ideal choice for the Resort Manager position."
Timber Ridge Lodge & Waterpark, located in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, offers 225 suites, a 50,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor waterpark, and various family amenities. As Neuzil steps into his new role, the lodge looks forward to continuing its legacy of providing memorable family experiences
