Travelex Plus loyalty scheme reaches 150,000 members

Travelex, a leading foreign exchange company, has announced that its loyalty programme, Travelex Plus, has attracted over 150,000 members in the UK within just ten months of its launch. The scheme provides members with exclusive benefits such as favourable rates, discounts, price-freezes, and alerts on rate changes.

Simon Jackson, Chief Customer Officer at Travelex, expressed enthusiasm about the programme's success, stating, โ€œCustomers get access to our best rates on cash and card when they join Travelex Plus. The programme has proven particularly popular at Travelexโ€™s UK airport locations, where members acquire, on average, a quarter more currency than non-members. This increase is attributed to the attractive member rates and promotions offered by Travelex Plus. Additionally, the number of customers reloading currency onto their Travelex Money Card (TMC) has nearly doubled, as users take advantage of preferential rates to top up their cards more frequently.
