Hilton has launched its first onsen resort in South East Asia with the opening of Hilton Quang Hanh Onsen Resort in Cam Pha, Quang Ninh, Vietnam. This marks Hilton Hotels & Resorts' third property in the country, expanding its presence in a rapidly evolving tourism landscape. The resort, located near Ha Long Bay, features 178 villas and 38 rooms, each equipped with a private onsen, offering guests a unique wellness experience.
Situated in the Quang Hanh valley, known for its natural hot mineral springs, the resort provides access to Yoko Onsen Quang Hanh's public onsen, sauna, and spa facilities. Guests can also enjoy the Eforea Spa, an indoor pool with mountain views, and a 24-hour fitness centre. The resort is strategically positioned close to attractions such as Long Tien Pagoda and Sung Sot Cave.

Alexandra Murray, Hilton's area vice president for South East Asia, highlighted the resort's role in offering travellers a restorative stay in northern Vietnam. Vincent Ong, vice president of Full Service Brands, Asia Pacific, emphasised the resort's potential to introduce Quang Hanh to a global audience.
Dining options include Genji, a modern Japanese restaurant, and Genji Bar, offering panoramic views and a curated menu. The resort also features flexible meeting spaces and private dining rooms for events.

Hilton aims to double its portfolio in Vietnam, reinforcing its position as a key market. To celebrate the opening, Hilton Honours members can earn additional points for stays booked until 31 July 2026. Bookings are now open for this new destination
