Elevate Jet has announced the acquisition of a VIP-configured Boeing 757-200 aeroplane, a rare addition to the U.S. private aviation market. This aircraft, traditionally used for music tours and professional sports teams, can transport up to 50 passengers in luxury, filling a niche for high-capacity, long-distance travel.
The Boeing 757-200, now part of Elevate's managed fleet, stands out in the private aviation sector. Unlike typical executive jets from Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Dassault Aviation, which accommodate 12 to 14 passengers, this aeroplane offers significantly more space and comfort. Greg Raiff, CEO of Elevate Aviation Group, highlighted the aircraft's unique position, stating, "This truly extraordinary VIP Boeing aeroplane meets the needs of clients requiring timely and efficient transport for up to 50 passengers."
Elevate Jet, authorised as a U.S. FAA Part 135 operator, is one of the few companies capable of managing such VIP airliner-class aircraft. The company's experience through its Private Jet Services division, which supports Fortune 500 companies and government operations, made it the ideal partner for this acquisition.
The aircraft will soon be equipped with high-speed satellite wifi, enhancing its capability as a large-group, long-haul transport solution. Although not available for general charter, it is reserved exclusively for Elevate Jet’s client. Elevate Jet continues to innovate with its new booking app, featuring an AI-powered assistant named Ruby, aiming to modernise the charter experience
