VFS Global has launched a new Visa Application Centre for Türkiye in Bahrain, located on the 18th floor of the Diplomat Commercial Offices in Manama. The centre was inaugurated by Türkiye's Ambassador to Bahrain, Ayşe Hilal Sayan Koytak, alongside VFS Global's Middle East COO, Anirudh Singh, and Regional Head, Lloyd DSouza. This move underscores the strong bilateral ties between the two nations and aims to improve customer convenience in visa services.
The centre will process Single Entry and Multiple Entry visa applications, offering applicants a streamlined process for obtaining travel documentation. Optional services such as SMS alerts and courier services are available, although they do not affect the processing time or decision of the visa applications. Ambassador Koytak expressed confidence that the centre would contribute to a more efficient and accessible visa process, noting Türkiye's popularity as a destination for Bahraini nationals and foreign residents.
Anirudh Singh highlighted the centre's role in providing secure and customer-friendly services, aiming to meet the evolving needs of travellers. The centre is part of VFS Global's network, which has been a trusted partner to the Government of Türkiye since 2016, operating 40 visa application centres across 12 countries.
Appointments for visa applications can be booked online at no additional charge. VFS Global's role in the visa process is limited to administrative tasks, ensuring a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction
