Czech Tourism UK & Ireland has unveiled a new online education programme in collaboration with Equator (Travel Uni), aimed at equipping travel trade professionals in the UK and Ireland with comprehensive knowledge about Czechia. The programme, now live at czechiaexpert.com, includes seven destination modules and offers participants the opportunity to join an exclusive familiarisation (FAM) trip to Czechia.

The training platform is designed to provide agents with essential tools and insights to confidently promote Czechia. Modules cover a range of topics including general destination information, Prague's highlights, popular itineraries, regional exploration, spa and wellness tourism, active holidays, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events). Katarína Hobbs, UK Director of CzechTourism, emphasised the importance of accessible training, stating, "We believe that well-informed agents are our greatest ambassadors."

Ian Dockreay, CEO of Equator Global & Travel Uni, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, noting that the platform offers travel professionals the ability to create tailored itineraries using the Travel Uni Advanced Intelligence Auto-Expert. This initiative aims to strengthen trade engagement and showcase Czechia's diverse offerings.

To celebrate the launch, CzechTourism is offering a FAM trip to those who complete the programme, allowing them to experience Czechia first-hand. Registration for the programme is open until 31 October 2026. Further details about the FAM trip will be announced soon
