Tawdheef × Zaheb 2026 is set to return to the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi from 17 to 19 November, marking two decades as the UAE’s leading Emirati career exhibition. This year, the event will introduce a new Entrepreneurship Zone, aimed at connecting UAE nationals with startups, small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and private-sector opportunities.
Since its inception, Tawdheef × Zaheb has facilitated employment for over 30,000 Emiratis, solidifying its role as a pivotal platform in the nation’s workforce development. The 2026 edition not only celebrates this milestone but also reflects the UAE's evolving workforce agenda, with a focus on private sector engagement and Emiratisation.

The Entrepreneurship Zone is a first-of-its-kind initiative designed to cater to the increasing interest in entrepreneurship among young Emiratis. It aligns with the expanded Nafis incentives, which encourage private-sector hiring, and aims to foster innovation and sustainable career pathways. Fadi Harb, Event Director at Informa Middle East, emphasised the platform’s impact, stating, “Exhibitors come back because they leave with real hires, not just CVs.”
The previous edition in 2025 attracted over 10,000 Emirati jobseekers and 67 organisations, with 44% of exhibitors hiring candidates directly on-site. This year, the event promises enhanced visitor preparation features, including pre-scheduled employer matching and dedicated CV review zones, ensuring better outcomes for both candidates and employers.
As the UAE continues to prioritise workforce development, Tawdheef × Zaheb remains a strategic platform for direct engagement between employers and Emirati talent. Registration for the 2026 edition is now open, with early commitment exhibitors benefiting from priority placement
