Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) has announced details of its Cruise Convention for next year.
Following the same format as this year, the convention will be split into the Selling Cruise conference in May and its Columbus Day in September.
The former will be held in Southampton on 23 and 24 May aimed at front-selling staff and will include four ships. These include Princess Cruises’ Caribbean Princess and Royal Caribbean’s Adventure of the Seas for the first time, alongside Fred. Olsen’s Balmoral and P&O’s Azura.
In addition agents will have the chance to visit Cunard’s Queen Mary II and MSC Opera in the optional ‘Convention Extra’.
Meanwhile, Columbus Day will be held in Liverpool on 19 September for senior executives.
“We are expecting more than 400 delegates to join us in Southampton and we’re delighted to be showcasing two ships which haven’t previously be seen at an ACE Convention,” said Andy Harmer, director at ACE. “In September, we are anticipating a further 400 delegates at Columbus Day in Liverpool for a full day of business sessions specifically targeted at senior members of the cruise industry.” Registration opens on 1 December.
