The Asia Pacific Incentives and Meetings Event (AIME) has announced the full agenda for its expanded 2026 Knowledge Monday programme, set to open on 9 February at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC). Centred around the theme "Expertise Matters," the programme aims to highlight the strategic influence of business events professionals in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
Curated in collaboration with BEAMexperience founder El Kwang and an advisory committee of industry leaders, Knowledge Monday will offer high-impact keynote presentations and 22 breakout sessions. These sessions will cover five core content categories: Business Strategy, Leadership, Event Management, Experience Design, Technology, AI and Data, Humanity, Talent and Skills Development, and Sustainability and Legacy.
The event will feature over 30 industry experts, including Anna Glynn, Dr Danny Davis, and Winitha Bonney OAM, who will lead workshops, panels, and presentations. Keynote speakers include Dan Haesler, Milo Wilkinson, and Kristina Karlsson, each bringing unique insights into professional engagement, neuroscience, and leadership.
AIME Event Director Silke Calder expressed enthusiasm for the programme, stating, "We are thrilled to welcome an extraordinary group of keynote presenters and breakout speakers who bring deep expertise, fresh ideas, and real-world experience to the programme."
The event, running from 9 to 11 February 2026, will host over 4,500 attendees, including 700 exhibitors and 700 hosted buyers. The Ideas Academy will also return, offering dynamic discussions throughout the event. AIME 2026 promises to be its largest edition yet, setting a robust educational foundation for the meetings and events industry.
