AirAsia India seeks airline license

AirAsia India has moved the Civil Aviation Ministry seeking permission to launch operations.
The application was filed to the aviation ministry on 23 April, sources informed doman-b.com. The joint venture company will allow AirAsia to hold 49% stake, Tata Sons 30% and Telestra Tradeplace the remaining 21%.
