Al Hokair Group to invest AED150m in UAE expansion

Saudi Arabia’s Al Hokair Group will invest AED150 million over the next three years to expand its operations in UAE, an executive at the company was quoted in Gulf News.
Mishal A Al Hokair, vice president of marketing and business development said that expansion will primarily focus on projects in Dubai and its indoor entertainment centres, however, there are also plans to open more hotels in the UAE. Al Hokair said the Group will work with an existing partner to open ‘well known, world class brand’ hotels.
The Al Hokair Group owns Holiday Inn Hotels (KSA), Accor Hotels (KSA), Hilton (KSA), Golden Tulip Hotels / Tulip Inn (KSA & UAE) and Mena Hotels and Resorts (KSA).
