Indonesian hospitality group Archipelago offers guests an authentic Korean dining experience through its new 60 Seconds to Seoul initiative.
Running from January to June, 60 Seconds to Seoul takes diners on a culinary journey inspired by Seoul’s vibrant street food scene across Archipelago’s hotel network throughout Indonesia.
The initiative is part of the hospitality management group’s Archipelago Global Flavours Series.
Archipelago chief executive John Flood said of the offering: “We present 60 Seconds to Seoul as a pop-up culinary concept that brings the authentic taste of Seoul’s street food to our hotel network across Indonesia. As part of the Archipelago Global Flavours Series, offerings will change every six months to highlight flavorful street food from different countries.”

Seoul flavours within reach
Starting from IDR 38,000, guests can enjoy a wide selection of popular and character-rich Korean street food menu items, including Tteokbokki, Korean Cheese Burger, Gangnam Hot Chicken, Soko Fish Taco, and Kimchi Fried Rice, along with other savory dishes inspired by the streets of Seoul.
The dining experience is complemented by two signature dessert options, Jeju Matcha Puff and Baesuk Pear, as well as four refreshing beverages to complete each offering: Sparkling Yuzu Honey, Shiye Fizz, Maesil Mojito, and Omija Cooler.
All “60 Seconds to Seoul” menu items are available for poolside dining, and room service, as well as through delivery services via GoFood and GrabFood, making them easily accessible to both hotel guests and the general public.
Through this program, Archipelago continues to deliver creative and memorable F&B experiences while bringing the spirit of Seoul’s street food closer to Indonesia…without leaving the country.
