International tourists now have a new way to explore Brazil, thanks to the launch of the Azul Brazil Air Pass by Brazilian airline Azul. This innovative product allows travellers to combine multiple domestic flights within Brazil under a single fare, ranging from $479 to $599. The initiative, developed in partnership with Visit Brasil, aims to boost international tourism by offering a more accessible and organised travel experience.
Azul, which operates over 800 daily flights to 137 destinations, has designed the air pass to be compatible with flights operated by other airlines, thereby broadening its appeal to the global market. Anderson Serafim, Azulโs Commercial and International Expansion Manager, stated, โWe want to make it increasingly easier for international tourists to arrive in Brazil and allow these visitors to experience the diversity of destinations the country has to offer.โ
The air pass is also aimed at the international travel trade, offering a streamlined ticketing process for travel agencies and tour operators. It provides maximum stay options of 14, 20, or 30 days, depending on the fare and number of destinations. Prices for itineraries involving other airlines range from $599 to $799.
In 2025, Brazil welcomed a record 9.3 million international tourists, marking a 37% increase from the previous year. This new product is part of Brazilโs broader efforts to position itself as a diverse and accessible destination. The Azul Brazil Air Pass is available exclusively outside Brazil, primarily through international travel agencies and Azulโs international call centre.
