Binghatti and Mercedes-Benz launch branded city in Dubai

Binghatti Developers and Mercedes-Benz have announced the launch of Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City in Dubai, a groundbreaking development valued at AED 30 billion. This collaboration marks the second branded residential project between the two companies and introduces Binghatti City, the first masterplanned community by the developer, set to officially launch on 14 January 2026.

Spanning 10 million square feet in the Meydan area, the project is envisioned as a multi-tower branded city, integrating Mercedes-Benz residential towers within a cohesive urban ecosystem. The development aims to offer a complete lifestyle experience, featuring luxury residences, cultural and leisure districts, retail boulevards, parks, mobility hubs, and wellness zones.

Chairman Muhammad Binghatti expressed that the partnership with Mercedes-Benz reflects a shared commitment to excellence and innovation. "Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City is envisioned as a world-class urban experience, a place where luxury and innovation converge to create a complete city within a city," he stated.

The signing ceremony took place at the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart, Germany, with Mathias Geisen, Member of the Board of Management of Mercedes-Benz Group AG, highlighting the project's ambition to create extraordinary customer experiences. "With our next branded real estate project ‘Mercedes-Benz Places – Binghatti City’ in Dubai, we are taking this promise to a new level," Geisen commented.

The project is underpinned by Mercedes-Benz's Sensual Purity design philosophy, aiming to create serene sanctuaries within the city. This collaboration not only strengthens the global partnership but also sets a new benchmark for luxury living through innovative design and urban planning.
