Blacklane, a global chauffeur service, has announced a partnership with The Helicopter Company (THC), Saudi Arabia's leading commercial helicopter operator, to offer an integrated luxury mobility experience. This collaboration, launching in Riyadh, will combine Blacklane's chauffeur services with THC's helicopter journeys, providing first- and last-mile ground transfers. The partnership aims to enhance Saudi Arabia's luxury travel ecosystem and aligns with the Kingdom's vision for smarter, connected transport.
The initial phase will focus on high-demand routes, with plans to expand the service across select premium travel hubs following successful trials. Blacklane's CEO, Jens Wohltorf, stated, "Our partnership with The Helicopter Company represents a bold step towards redefining luxury mobility." He emphasised the creation of a prestigious experience by merging air and ground services.
Captain Arnaud Martinez, CEO of THC, highlighted the collaboration's role in advancing Saudi Arabia's aviation sector. "By integrating premium ground and air services, we are enhancing the traveller journey and contributing to the Kingdom’s vision for a smarter, more connected transport ecosystem," he said.
Both companies are working on designing a guest journey that reflects high standards of luxury and convenience, including joint execution planning and market testing.
