Century Travel Services International(CTSI) is :

an active member of ACTA (American Society of Travel Agents)

CTSI has Agreements and Strategic Alliances with all major International Airlines, International Hotels, Cruise Lines and Land Transport companies
Established in 1981, and operating with industry experienced and well-trained staff, CTSI has grown in size and reputation over the last 31 years as being consistent and reliable in offering an exceptional quality of service to clients, be they individuals, groups or corporate offices.
Now, with a proven record of exemplary accomplishments, CTSI is well on it’s way to an exciting future.
The President has over 32 years of experience in the industry, with vast international exposure, having worked in India, the Middle East and North America. This has ensured strong and firm contacts in all these regions enabling facilitation of special passenger needs, as has been proven by the extremely satisfied groups taken to several parts of the world. Added to this is his hands-on working experience of passenger handling at Pearson Airport, enabling an acute understanding of passenger requirements and customer service.
CTSI Events provide Destination Management services for inbound and outbound travel in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions sector (M.I.C.E ).
After taking over the agency in 2008, in Islington, Etobicoke, CTSI moved to better and larger premises in Mississauga in 2011, in keeping with the growing business and high-end customer expectations. CTSI also added Marlin Travels in Kitchener as a franchise in 2011 and shortly thereafter, opened a branch office in Scarborough, Toronto, in 2012.
Today, CTSI has positioned itself as a trend-setter in the way we do business, giving us an enviable edge over competition, while servicing our Business, Ethnic and Leisure Travel clientele,
with a keen focus on quality and service delivery
