
Dnata Travel Group UK’s cruising brand, Cruise Plus, hosted their annual two-day Cruise Showcase at their HQ in Leyland. 35 agents attended and were introduced to 16 of Cruise Plus’ valued supplier partners across the two days. Cruise Plus’ sales, product, operations and marketing teams also joined in to make the most of the educational sessions.
Simon Applebaum, Cruise Plus Managing Director shared: “Our Cruise Plus Showcase provided a great opportunity to meet our agents and introduce them to so many of our suppliers. It was valuable to spend time getting to know them and to hear their feedback about Cruise Plus and what they like about working with our brand.”

Day one focused on the brand’s Ocean cruise partners, whilst day two saw partners from across Luxury, Expedition and River cruising educate agents on their sector of the cruise industry in face-to face training sessions.
Supplier partners in attendance included Celebrity Cruises, Cunard, Holland America Line, Norwegian Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages, Azamara Cruises, Explora Journeys, Silversea, Hapag Lloyd Cruises, Uniworld River Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Avalon Waterways and AE Expeditions. Florida Keys and Key West also attended, where they sponsored the evening event and spent time interacting with agents about cruise departures from Miami and the surrounding activities available for customers.
The evening event, also held at the brand’s HQ, provided a relaxed and informal space for agents to network with each other and the suppliers they had been getting to know throughout the day. All the agents were also entered into a prize draw, where 14 prizes were awarded to end a fantastic evening.
