EVA Air and Amadeus have renewed a distribution agreement that provides travel agents with access to the Taiwanese carrier’s fares, schedules and ticketing. Amadeus-connected agents worldwide will have access to EVA’s range of fares, schedules and inventory, while those in Taiwan will additionally be able to offer several joint promotions being sold to mark EVA’s upcoming 20th anniversary.
“This content agreement underscores our long-term partnership with EVA Airways, and ensures that Amadeus travel agents in Taiwan, Asia Pacific and globally, can enjoy full access to EVA Airway’s content through the Amadeus Selling Platform,” said John Chapman, Amadeus Asia Pacific’s Vice President – Airline Group.
“This agreement is in line with Amadeus’ strategic initiative to secure long-term efficient access to global airline content, ensuring functional and content parity with other distribution channels,” he added.
