About the opportunity
Our people are empowered to take initiative and make decisions so that clients can save on time and cost and benefit immediately. We are looking for highly motivated customer-focused Account Management Assistant Team Leader to join our team.
We are looking for a a professional and dynamic self starter to join the team, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. Your focus will be to maintain and grow key accounts and assist to lead, coach and develop a team of Account Managers to ensure the high retention of our customer base.
The purpose of the Assistant Team Leader is to manage the business relationship between Stage & Screen and several key clients while providing these clients with comprehensive and integrated business travel management programs and maximising savings. In addition, you will also be responsible for retention and development of your own client portfolio including identification and management of potential growth opportunities.
Within this influential role, some of your key duties will include (but will not be limited to):
Managing client business relationships at a senior level, up to and including CPO/CFO level;
Ensuring Business Plans and Strategies are in place;
Driving value to the customer program through innovation, expertise and recommendations
Providing high level analytical recommendations that deliver savings and efficiency to the customer program
Strong commercial business acumen
Managing accurate and timely Client Review schedules & presentations;
Promoting and implementing our solution suite;
Ensuring retention and client satisfaction 
Provide direction, support and leadership for the Account Management team.
Create a culture across the team that embraces change and strives for constant improvement in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, and meeting business goals
Driving a one best way customer experience ensuring SLA’s are met
Implement and maintain team processes which drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth and customer retention
 
What you’ll need
To be successful in this rewarding role, you’ll need to demonstrate exceptional customer service and relationship building skills along with the ability to negotiate and problem solve effectively. Your analytical and sales skills will be the key to your success as you work with our medium to large sized organisations.
Minimum 3 – 5 years Account Management experience in the corporate travel management market
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to network at all levels
Excellent relationship management skills to be able to build fantastic rapport with customers and team members
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening skills – must have demonstrated ability to identify client needs and solve their challenges
A passion for the pillars we specialise in
Strong analytical and problem solving ability
Proven negotiation and selling skills and ability to identify incremental sales opportunities
High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
