Our company is seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage the office, supervise staff and handle duties for management or Financial Services Consultant.
Job Description
– Filing & scanning of documents;
– Handling incoming emails and business queries;
– Sales support operations, working closely with sales team;
– Data entry and updating of sales reports;
– Other Ad Hoc duties as required.
– Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pmJob Description

– Need to be able to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients
– Admin experience preferred
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Able to handle fast-paced work environment
– Preferred: have General Insurance-related working experience
