WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We’re seeking experienced Air Consultants to work within the My Cruises team.
Our Air Consultants are responsible for
Facilitating the air logistics that are a large part of our incredible Fly, Stay and Cruise Holidays
Working with the sales and aftersales team to assist customers with flight options and suggestions on pre-planned itineraries
Post sales consulting with the consumer to work through possible upgrades and stopovers
Ensure that the air elements of our packages work within the itinerary to facilitate a seamless customer journey
WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE:
Previous experience as a Travel Consultant
Experience with GDS/Airline booking system
Excellent knowledge of airlines and airfares and stopover options
A passion for all things travel
Exceptional customer engagement skills
