Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation and support of business information systems across multiple departments. They identify problems and opportunities within a company and ultimately provide solutions that help achieve the business’ goals.
Job Responsibilities:
Become the foremost expert in our online booking tool
Analyzes a variety of data sources surrounding our online booking tool to identify user trends and support product development team
Interviews internal stakeholders and end-customers to write clear requirements documents
Helps manage, organize and drive forward key projects
Conducts research on competitive landscape and travel industry
Writes self-help guides and other marketing material in plain english
Requirements:
Ability to jump from project to project and juggle multiple simultaneous assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills
Self starter / proactive
Able to exercise independent judgment and take action on it
Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
Highly self-motivated and directed
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
Strong customer service orientation
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
College diploma from 4 year university
Two to five years related work experience (preferred)
Experience with business and technical requirements analysis
Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and presentation software
