Position Description – Call Center Travel Consultant, Liberty Travel
Job Purpose & Responsibilities:
Liberty Travel is introducing a new business model and product line to provide great value packaged vacations to our customers. The Call Center Travel Consultant will be responsible for travel package sales both over the phone and through email. As a call center consultant, you will interact with customers who inquire on our Get Carried Away product line and work to convert customer inquiry into travel bookings.
The Call Center Travel Consultant is an ambitious, sales driven go-getter, who understands the importance of outstanding customer service. Your primary purpose will be to provide exceptional service to the customer you interact with, confidently quote travel packages to our customers and follow a proven sales process to close the deal.
Responsibilities:
Field inbound phone and web inquiry through our CRM platform
Qualify the customer to determine their needs
Provide unparalleled product knowledge regarding our Get Carried Away travel packages
Quote and book their travel package in line with our standard business practices
Maintain a high level of customer service scores and satisfaction
Achievement of financial results and KPI’s
Take direction and coaching; we believe in daily, weekly, and monthly sessions with your leaders to help with performance
Participation in training and development sessions to grow your capabilities
Our Call Center Consultant is a full-time hourly position, that includes a base-salary as well as a lucrative monthly sales incentive. Our call center is a 7-day a week business, and the successful candidate will be required to work 1 weekend day per week as well as some nights until 9pm.
Skills Required
Previous experience working in a travel sales role
History of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Call Center Sales Experience
Experience selling all-inclusive travel packages to the Caribbean and Mexico
Sabre/GDS experience
