Job Description

Purpose of the Role
The Change & Communications Manager plays a key role in ensuring projects (and change initiatives) meet objectives by increasing employee adoption and usage. Collaborate in our Transformational business within a team of 8 you will be responsible for the development and implementation of changes strategies in line with FCTG Change Framework.
Key responsibilities will include:
Supports and promotes the global change management framework, with a clear understanding of the details of changes and awareness of stakeholder groups being impacted by the relevant change
Developing and applying an appropriate change transition approach and methodology for the business / operational areas impacted by the project
Coaches project team and other internal stakeholders in understanding the changes expected to be delivered and the global change management framework.
Skills we are looking for in you?
Demonstrated high level skills in stakeholder management and developing trusted and enduring relationships with stakeholders.
Knowledge and understanding of program and project management frameworks, approaches, tools and phases of the program/project lifecycle. Able to produce creative project communications, including management briefings, presentations, websites, newsletters/articles, videos
 
Qualifications
Highly Desirable:
Formal qualifications and/or certifications in Organisational Change Management or related fields are desirable i.e.: Graduate Certificate or Diploma in Change Management / Change Management Accreditation (for example Prosci)
Bachelor degree (Communications Management, Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related field)
