Job Description:
We are looking for a Community Manager/Content Creator who will mainly focus on social media management for Mobile and PC Games. This will be a full-time job and the office is located at Ortigas Center, Pasig City
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Required Skill(s): Graphic Design, Video Editing, Copywriting, Social Media Management, Customer Service
• Preferably has experience in Digital Marketing or equivalent
• Into Gaming such as PC and Mobile games is a plus, but not required as long as you enjoy playing
• Familiar with the Korean language is a plus, but not required
Required Tasks:
– Play Games While Working!!
– Conceptualize and provide graphic designs using Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator, etc
– Create and render video outputs using Adobe Premiere Pro, etc
– Represent Customer Service via Freshdesk and Gmail; manages social media communities for various game applications such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Plug, Reddit, Steam Community and Discord
– Examine and analyze different game applications
– Come up with Content Calendar and strategies for social media postings
– Be in charge and optimize the social media accounts of game applications
– Provide Customer Service and Community Management reports
– Analyze game application’s responses thru Google Play Console and Facebook Insights
– Collaborate with the global marketing team and clients thru Outlook, KakaoTalk, Microsoft Teams and/or Slack
– Come up with new ways of online promotions/marketing
Once chosen, you will be trained about the day-to-day tasks so that when you start officially, you can handle the tasks smoothly.
Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
