About the Business
Global Land Supply (GLS) is Flight Centre Travel Group’s global in-house product procurement and consolidation business, servicing a number of Flight Centre’s worldwide selling businesses including Liberty Travel, GoGo Worldwide Vacations and Flight Centre Asia.
The role of a Connectivity Coordinator is integral to the successful achievement of GLS’s targets and goals. 
About the Opportunity
Do you enjoy travel but prefer to work behind the scenes?
The purpose of the Connectivity Coordinator is to collaborate with key business and product personnel to ensure connected products are identified and released for sale.
This would include all connected product types like Hotel, Car, Van, Day Tour, extended Tour, Transfer, Insurance etc. You will manage medium to large scale projects and act as the pivotal intermediary between end-users, procurement, and suppliers. 
Through these efforts, the Connectivity Coordinator will help Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) leverage new and existing connections to increase productivity and maximise TTV and/or profit.
This entry level position, which can be based in Brisbane or Sydney, with flexible/remote options, offers great potential for career growth and forms a huge part of GLS’s ever expanding and evolving connectivity space.
About the Role
Project coordination and rollout of new connectivity connections
Ongoing maintenance of existing connectivity connections
Communication of connectivity project progress and performance
Assist Content teams globally to load and release connectivity contracts
Quality assurance checks, analysis and reporting on rates and content to ensure correct rates in market
Create and maintain connectivity manuals and training/reference material
Training of connected product to GLS
Identify and assess errors to minimise GLS product write offs
Participate in testing new system developments where connectivity is involved
Relationship management and collaboration
The Essentials
Minimum 1 year experience in a wholesale travel industry/product role managing varying connectors
Outstanding attention to detail
Excellent communicator – ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with internal and external partners
Strong problem-solving ability
Proven time management skills and the ability to work autonomously within a team environment
Sound systems knowledge – travel systems, MS Office suite, etc.
Exposure to travel systems such that there is an understanding of the complexities of global booking systems
Self-reliant with a positive can-do attitude!
Strong customer focus with an emphasis on partnering and building relationships
