Global Land Supply – Contracts Manager
Job Purpose: Delivery of a Product Strategy that will see the evolution of strong long-term relationships with our supplier partners in Hawaii, and maximize the return to GLS’s Global Selling Partners. You will ensure that all markets are supplied with competitive, available Hawaii specific product which delights all customers.
Accountabilities
Set and execute annual contracting and product delivery plans suited to all global partners to ensure sales, override and profit targets are achieved with adherence to timelines and commitments.

Accountabilities
Supplier relationship management/Contract negotiations. Build and foster strong relations with key industry partners – suppliers, travel bureaus, govt. offices.
Objectives
Negotiation of contracts/promos/campaigns – travel as reqd.
• Negotiation of best deals in market• Identify exclusive opportunities• Best product offering for campaigns• Develop and maintain healthy and profitable supplier relationships• Insure invoices for SOR are prepared and collected on a timely basis

• Achievement of TTV targets by market• TTV Growth• Competitive Rate Analysis• Campaign coordination and ROI• Increased Margin• Speed to market
Accountabilities
Development, negotiation and implementation of Preferred Product and myTime Program that supports key suppliers and maximizes the profitability of destination.
Objectives
• Ensure growth and sustainability of preferred range that meets needs of all selling partners• Develop and maintain healthy and profitable supplier relationships• Negotiation of best deals in market
Performance Measures
• Growth rate of Preferred sales to exceed non-preferred• Increased % of SOR to TTV• Achievement of sales targets
Accountabilities
Support the education of Consultants to ensure all GPN Global Partners are trained in the effective sales of products.
Objectives
• Product knowledge of sales force• Training manuals for all destinations completed and rolled out to all selling companies• Training templates completed
Performance Measures
• TTV / Room night growth• Reduced queries and queues through Support teams

• Develop strategy for managing suppliers• Set targets for individual supplier performance (financial and non-financial)• Monitor supplier performance on a regular basis• Identify, communicate and manage resolution of key issues with suppliers• Manage suppliers across multiple geographies and cultural environments
Negotiation skills
• Develop and effectively present coherent, well-structured negotiating positions• Build long-term relationships with negotiating partners
Systems knowledge
• Computer literate (Calypso, MS Office, GDS)
Qualifications
• Degree preferred
