Job Description :
1) Check daily mis-en-place preparation, cooking and presentation of all food.
2) Ensure that the meals are prepared and cooked accordingly to the standards.
3) Ensure that food is served at the right temperate.
4) Ensure that the kitchen is always safe condition to prevent unnecessary accidents.
5) Ensure all machines, furniture, equipment and utensis are clean at times.
6) Ensure that section staff adheres to safety rules and regulation practices.
7) Responsible for the hygiene standards and cleanliness of the section.
Job Requirements :
1) Preferably with experience in Italian cuisine, training will be provided for non-experience.
2) Minimum primary school education with at least 1 year of experience in F & B.
3) NTC 2 or 3 (Food Service) or equivalent will be advantages.
4) Training will be provided for non-experience candidates.
5) Able to work split shift, weekends and public holiday.
