Job Description

This is a key role responsible for the management, enhancement, and delivery of FCTG Leisure’s Core Systems and Internal Applications across the UK. This is both the delivery and deployment of global systems and enhancements such as CustomerOne, Helio and Trips and the management of local systems such as GDS.
 
This person will manage a team of system experts with responsibility across various elements of the leisure workflow, consultant support and testing. In addition, they will work with stakeholders across various teams and departments – globally and locally – to ensure there is alignment around projects, business initiatives and deliverables. They will play a key role in helping to drive the Leisure Strategy and goals and ensuring we have the systems and processes in place to fulfil business needs whilst maximising consultant productivity. They will also work closely with global teams – in particular with the Global OBW and Leisure PM&E teams – to ensure we can deploy global systems and workflows whilst making sure local needs/requirements are met.

Requirements: 

3 Years plus in FCTG

2 years plus experience in a Flight Centre Systems/Specialist Technology Role

Former people management experience
Degree Qualified
