An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to join our fantastic after-hours team located around the country. This position is an extension of our daytime teams and is responsible for providing service for those needing assistance outside of standard office hours. About You
To be considered for the role you will ideally have previous travel consulting experience in corporate travel, but for the right candidate we would consider a background in retail, wholesale, or airline environment, and like us, you’ll have a passion for travel. To stand out from the crowd, you’ll also have;
A track record of excellence in customer service
3+ years working as a travel consultant ( Corporate preferably) with GDS experience
Strong airfare, ticketing/reissues knowledge
A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
The skill to manage urgent requests and a high volume of bookings
Innovative problem solver, and able to resolve issues with minimal support
Great knowledge of travel and excellent communication skills
You will be comfortable working remotely (home based) on roster shifts
About the Role
Working closely as part of a small and focused after hours team looking after our clients, your main responsibilities will include:
Providing a first-class customer service to the client
Transacting all clients travel requirements, in a timely, accurate, friendly, and helpful manner in accordance with minimum standards
Compliance with client’s service level agreements
Keeping up to date with product knowledge and providing sound travel advise
