Digital Marketing Specialist

Purpose:

Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing statistics and looking for ways to improve digital marketing efforts. These efforts include direct marketing, SEO, SEM, PPC, and Social Media (reporting only). Marketing Automation. Day-to-day support of digital-related content – websites, and campaign trackers.

Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)

Collect and analyzing customer, marketing, and web behavioral data.
Test campaigns, analyzing key metrics, and identifying opportunities to increase campaign performance.
Customer Journey Mapping and engagement – working with customer insights
Database management
Implementation of customer segmentation
Lead scoring and Nurture Programs
Manage updates to websites in a timely manner adhering to best practices.
Debug issues that arise with the performance of the website.
Manage website rollover together with the marketing team based on campaign and brief.
Manage Website Audits
Manage technical SEO(knowledge of JSON would be a benefit)
Create dashboards, data visualizations, and campaign and website performance reports using Data Studio
Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager in line with global requirements
Manage APIs

Internal: Brand Leader, General Manager, Marketing Manager, Product Nation and Marketing Nation and Online / Offline teams.
External: Contracted suppliers
