About the role
The Corporate Finance Manager partners with the Sales & Account Management Leaders to protect and grow the business. The FM has complete ownership of the financial reporting and control for the disciplines, works across multiple Brand to understand and improve the business model and consults with the discipline leaders in making decisions and setting strategy to move the business forward.
You will thrive in a fast paced, high performance environment. They will ensure the recruitment, development, and retention of the Corporate Accounts Assistant and work to develop the business acumen of Sales and Account Management Leadership.
Main accountabilities include;
Lead and develop x1 direct report
Ensure complete financial control in the brand(s) as well as timely and accurate submissions of all monthly reporting
Work in partnership with the Brand Sales and Account Managment Leader providing professional financial advice, reporting and analysis to ensure profits are protected, optimised and targets are met.
Completion of the Brand’s result, consolidation and reporting
Drive the yearly budget and forecast process for the Brand
Ensure ongoing market relevance and brand leadership through developing internal and external contacts and resources
What we’re looking for

A commitment to the brand(s) growth will be essential along with taking pride and enjoyment in being part of its successes. To compliment this you’ll also be able to demonstrate;
CA qualified preferred although not essential
Previous experience and recommendations from working with Operational Leaders
The natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all various levels
Strong analytical and Excel skills
A keen interest in technology and innovation
High level of business acumen and professionalism
