The Role:
The Melon Online Fulfillment Team Member will work to expand Corporate Traveler’s online service offering our newly owned on-line platform, Melon, for our US business.
This dedicated team is an integral part of the success of Melon and has a front row seat, participating in the overall strategic digital efforts for FCTG SME brand, Corporate Traveler.
You will be responsible for assisting customers, primarily through chat. You will become an expert on the product and help customers navigate through features, triage general questions/emergency assistance, and escalate complex needs to dedicated day teams. The goal is to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish for our customers as we continue to introduce our very own on-line platform to market!

What You Will Need:
At least 3 months with FCTG and has Sabre Experience
A proven track record for success and willingness to take on new challenges
An interest in driving the technological advancement of the SME business
Change champion; ability to adapt quickly to evolving needs of the customer, business, and market.
To provide the first line of technical and travel support for melon customers by responding to all initial chat conversations within strict SLA
Triaging general questions/needs and identifying situations for escalation to product support and/or a dedicated day travel manager.
Ensure a seamless customer experience and in cases of escalation a warm handover
A fantastic listener with endless patience and high empathy
Impeccable written communication skills
Dexterity to translate complex issues and into simple messages
Customer Focused and driven to provide an impeccable experience for your client
Positive Attitude with a hunger for knowledge
High attention to detail
Must have the ability to effectively multi-task and work with multiple platforms
Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure
Partnership in collaborating with cross functional teams to drive success
Geography and international destination knowledge is a plus
A typical schedule will include a 40 hour work week with various shifts – flexibility is a MUST.
