About the Opportunity
The purpose of the Customer Success Consultant (CSC) is to optimise, grow and maximise program health for customers within a team, village or state.
The CSC will drive change for a customer which results in account profitability, with a key focus on identifying growth and value opportunities within their portfolio. You will also assist in the retention of all customers within a team, village or state.
What You Will Be Doing:
Conducting formal Value Reviews of the customers’ travel program to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
Provide value add analysis and advice to customers
Sales, implementation and training of key products and services to maximise growth and revenue for FCTG
Optimisation of key technology products including the Online Booking Tool, to ensure maximum customer engagement
Communicate and drive change into client business, drive program compliance and provide strategy on capturing leakage
Identify opportunities for organic growth of existing client base
Identify opportunities to upsell consulting services and value added services
Create a referral pipeline for the Inside Sales Team
Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to maximise retention
Use Salesforce CRM to capture all activity
What You Will Need:
Min 2 years in a role with B2B sales responsibilities
Experience in managing a large variety and volume of customers
Ability to articulate features and benefits to customer about products, services and value proposition
Corporate B2B service experience
Demonstrated ability to build Multi Level Relationships
Salesforce CRM experience
