Digital Marketing ExecutiveFlight Centre Travel Group
The role will be a digital marketing champion for the brand marketing teams, supporting our digital channel and media strategy.
Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to support the execution of the brands digital marketing strategy with the aim of delivering an enhanced customer experience across all digital channels, while still ensuring KPI’s are met across each of the touch points.
Key accountabilities include:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to execute digital marketing activities and promotional campaigns that deliver on agreed campaign KPIs and business objectives.
Deliver end-end digital marketing campaigns through utilising relevant channels – email automation, paid social (LinkedIn desirable), Google Ads, display advertising to execute go-to market activities.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to provide mid-campaign optimisations, insights for future activities and optimising the channel strategy.
Work with our creative team to ensure performance of digital assets to ensure web banners, emails, landing pages, paid social and micro-sites are fully optimised.
Drive targeting excellence through audience segmentation, behaviour and touch points to deliver a seamless, relevant and compelling experience for our customers and prospects.
Maintain knowledge of digital marketing trends to identify new B2D lead generating opportunities and compliance including adherence to SPAM act and direct marketing regulations.
Develop and take ownership of campaigns and programs that focus on acquisition, retention, upsell and cross sell opportunities that contribute to top line revenue goals through sophisticated automations and journeys.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
2-4 years minimum digital marketing experience
Experience in media agency in a digital role
Proven experience in B2B lead generating
Confidence working across Office Suite, email automation, paid social (LinkedIn desirable), Google Ads
