Flight Centre Travel Academy is looking for a dynamic individual with engagement and travel industry experience.
Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre’s external education business – offering university level courses and jobs and careers in the travel and tourism industry.
The focus of this role is to deliver job and career outcomes for our students through engagement, industry connection and student learning of a tertiary level Travel and Tourism qualification.
Day to day you will be:
Execute the engagement side of student support
Execute engagement to align with all programs students enrolled in
Design and implement FC SWS Certificate program
Work with recruitment team on efficient process for student job placements
Awareness of current jobs skills required across multiple roles in tourism industry
Feedback to students about their skills and the requirements of selected tourism jobs
Outcome based conversations with students

Adheres to agreed practices & compliances regarding business practices and tertiary education requirements.
Ability to provide direct individual feedback to students about meeting required needs and skills for tourism jobs Customer focus experience in the recruitment sector
Knowledge of a variety of online facilitation methods to ensure maximum effectiveness in the delivery of learning outcomes.
You’ll be highly regarded if:
Broad Industry experience – minimum 5 years
Facilitation / Online Facilitation experience
Graduate Certificate of Teaching and Learning (or equivalent)
