Award-winning Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) has a fantastic opportunity for travel-hungry graduates to join our Fast Track Graduate Programme.  The programme offers a comprehensive yet bespoke pathway, that provides all the support and development you need to progress to a senior level. Within the programme, you’ll experience a variety of roles spanning several disciplines, such as Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Technology, Marketing and Product.
The programme combines senior leader mentoring, career management and networking with personal and professional development.  Participants are paired with members of the FCTG senior management team who provide one-to-one mentoring, career guidance and facilitate exposure to the wider business.
