FCM Team Leader
We are looking for someone energetic, driven, and adventurous to take on the Team Leader role with FCM Travel Solutions. 
The Team Leader is the person that is responsible for the success of their team by providing the direction and vision for the team.  The primary role is to develop and grow the team through continuous training and monitoring process efficiencies.  The Team Leader works with Travel Managers and the Area Leader to ensure best results.  The Team Leader leads by example, is disciplined, nurtures, develops and shares information.  
Responsibilities:
Providing vision and focus for your team
Coaching and developing team members to achieve goals and improve skills
Influencing team members to work towards a common company goal or objective
Leading by Example
Providing support to the team
Assisting with questions and problem solving
Resolving Conflict
Driving financial results and customer contracted service level agreements
Motivating and maintaining the spirit of the team
Identifying & developing potential future leaders
Monitoring team’s performance to ensure they meet goals
Monitoring team’s performance of service level agreements
Implementing and evaluating all new processes and procedures
Monitoring trends and patterns in consultant and team performance to identify problem areas and take action for continuous improvement
Maintaining effective relationships and communications with clients, vendors & internal support departments.
Education and Skills Required:
Proven sales ability with consistent figures
Minimum 5 years of TMC experience
Team player, ability to develop your staff
Organized
Great business sense
Ability to delegate
Disciplined
Visionary
Empathy
Decisiveness
Flexible
Proven past record with strong systems
Knowledge of quality control routines
Consistent data management
Good communicator
Extensive knowledge of corporate travel, company systems and policies
Passion to drive the business
Create a fun and exciting work environment

Solutions Oriented
Experience with C-Level/VIP/Concierge travelers helpful
You’ll need to bring:

Location: This position can be performed fully remotely, but needs to be able to work Pacific Standard Time hours.
This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except the State of Colorado
