Job Description

An exciting opportunity for an Finance Administrator to join our fun and dedicated team. The role encompasses a variety of financial administrative tasks working with our teams and suppliers to ensure our chargebacks are in compliance and paid in a timely manner. This is a 3 month fixed term contract in our Corporate Business with the potential to extend

 
What the role looks like

Customer Receivables

Record Client Receipts marked as ONSHORE to be actioned 
Contact Customer for any missing remittance advices 
Manage onshore emails from offshore receipting team 
Support CBS team on client consolidated invoicing
 
Supplier Payables

Process supplier invoices and billback to Corporate Customers  
Contact Suppliers for any missing invoices 
Work with Team leader on aged billback costings 
Manage Onshore emails from offshore payables team 
Support CBS team when required
