The Finance Booking Support Specialist primarily responsible for smooth booking integration from Helio to Atlas and query management from internal and external stakeholders. This involves but is not limited to on time response to supplier/customer queries, master data creation/amendment/termination, profit (margin) and other associated queries. The Specialist will also focus on process improvements and efficiency initiatives.

Finance Support area is the centralised point for SMEs with booking handling from Helio to Atlas, master data management. As a centralized Finance Booking Support team, we provide assistance regarding the resolution of any finance issues that may arise for our stakeholders and businesses we support.

Excellent back-office system(s) knowledge of Reservation – Travelbox and Reservation Manager, ERP – Microsoft D365, BPM – PRIME, Microsoft office – Excel, Words, PowerPoints
