Position Purpose:
Provide comprehensive personalised financial advice to Moneywise Global (MWG) clients in compliance with business and AFSL Licensee requirements.
Build and manage a sustainable client base through client advocacy and demonstrating the value of the advice offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Provision of engaging and valuable Financial Advice to service and build a sustainable and profitable client base.
Manage client book implementation and service delivery, with support of our outsource provider for seamless file completion and compliance.
Work effectively within the broader MWG team to deliver our Purpose of Opening up the World of Financial Possibilities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensee accreditation for Authorised Representative status.
Accredited to distribute Wealth Management approved products in Superannuation, Managed Investments, Risk Insurance and gearing products.
Appropriate FASEA accreditations including FASEA exam completion.
CPD compliant – current with 40 hours per annum requirements.
3 – 5 years Financial Planning industry experience, including as a Financial Adviser and sound understanding of the financial services industry.
Experience with implementation and Client Services Officer role functions for performance in the role and supervision purposes.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
High level of competency of Xplan and modelling tools.
Industry Platform and site proficiency for providers IOOF, Colonial First State, and major Insurance providers.
Professional competency in Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint.
Proven verbal and written communication, client management, relationship building, teamwork and negotiation skills.
