Then look no further this is the role for you.As a Senior Team Leader overseeing your store and other stores in your region, you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow in key KPIs along a number of other responsibilities.  It will also be your responsibility to work closely with the Regional Sales Leader to ensure that the area is meeting targets, and to step in as a point of call in their absence. 
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
Coaching and developing team members
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
