As a Team Leader overseeing the sunny Whitsundays store, you will be responsible to drive sales, motivate team members, grow in key KPIs along with a number of other responsibilities. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
Coaching and developing team members
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
About you: 
Minimum of 12 months experience as a Travel Consultant 
A genuine interest in leadership and team building
A passion for travel and mentoring others 
A desire to succeed
