Responsibilities
-Identifying and responding to customers’ needs by providing technical advices
-Represent the company in a professional manner as a front line employee
-Prepare quotation and raise work orders accordingly
-Update the service/repair schedule and vehicle collection with customers
-Performs ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
-Academic qualification: O level & equivalents
-Competent in basic English (verbal & written)
-Proficient in basic MS office
-Possesses problem solving ability & a customer-centric mindset
