The Global Information Security transformation Lead will play a key role in developing the maturity of FCTG’s Information Security posture and delivering the Information Security strategy. The Global Information Security transformation lead will also provide key assistance in the maintenance and tracking of the Global Information Security risk register and in producing meaningful reporting to a variety of stakeholders including Board and Senior Leadership.
Reporting to and working directly with the CISO, this role will assist with the refinement and ongoing development of the Information Security Strategy and framework and will lead the implementation and delivery tracking, working collaboratively with other teams across FCTG’s global operations.
What you will be doing:
To embed Flight Centre Travel Group’s Information Security strategy and framework and continuously improve our security posture, you will be responsible for:
Collaborate with regions and businesses as they develop, implement & maintain appropriate systems, procedures and controls in alignment with the FCTG Information Security strategy and framework.
Assist with the implementation of the FCTG Information Security strategic plan including tracking and reporting on progress
Assist with the development, maintenance and quality assurance enterprise security risk registers and monitor implementation of controls and agreed treatment actions
Assist with the refinement of the Information Security Framework, policies, procedures and systems:
Work alongside CISO to prepare various reports to the FCTG Board, Audit & Risk Committee and Executive Taskforce
Assist with producing information security training, advice and support to regions and business units as required
You’ll be perfect for this role if you can showcase:
Minimum 5 years experience in Information Security management and delivery roles
Great communication skills, including experience in producing meaningful dashboards, and formal reporting for a variety of audiences including senior leadership and Board
Awareness of and experience with common security frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS etc
Organisational skills demonstrating a systematic approach, proven ability to prioritise, plan and deliver
Significant Change Management experience across large and complex organisations
Knowledge and experience with modern Security Culture, Awareness and Education practices
Ability to take a strategic concept through to implementation
Well-developed analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, influencing and coaching skills to facilitate change
Collaborative approach, demonstrating respect and integrity
Ability to engage with, challenge and influence Senior Management
