About the Opportunity
We are on the hunt for a Graphic Designer (intermediate) to join our dynamic, fast-paced and successful Flight Centre Creative Team. In this role, you will report to the Global Discipline Lead (Creative & Studio) and work collaboratively with the wider Marketing team.
This role will be responsible for the creation of a range of digital and print assets. Digital assets will primarily include web, social, EDM, display and digital signage. It will also be responsible for the creation and design of printed collateral required of the Flight Centre business including, but not limited to, window panels, flyers, brochures, press/magazine and other marketing support material. There is potential for video animation & editing work for the right candidate.
Along with the wider Flight Centre Creative Team, you are responsible for maintaining the integrity and consistency of the Flight Centre branding.
This role also requires the individual to be proactive and be aware of industry trends and innovations that could improve the customer’s interaction with the brand.

Min 2-3 years experience working in a Graphic Design role
Innovative and outside-the-box thinking, with the ability to develop creative concepts when required
Passionate about the design and the creative process, with a willingness to participate in brainstorm sessions with local and global teams
Proven ability and a willingness to collaborate with wider marketing teams and stakeholders
Ability to manage own workload in order to support the business through the meeting of job timelines, as well as manage expectations with conflicting deadlines
Fast and efficient with an excellent eye for detail, while maintain high-quality outputs
Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to multi-task and move along several projects simultaneously
Ability to thrive while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow complex specifications for printed and digital collateral
Ability to design for print channels (flyers, store signage, brochures, press/magazine)
Ability to design for digital platforms (web, social, edm, display, outdoor)
Ability to source relevant imagery, audio and video as required
Practical skills in Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & After Effects)
Competent in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to take a project through from concept to finished art in a timely manner
A positive, team-focused ‘can-do’ attitude
Problem solver with a solutions focus
You’ll earn brownie points if you have…
A Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) or similar
A basic understanding of HTML
Practical skills in other Adobe programs (Premiere Pro)
Knowledgeable & practical skills in Video editing and motion graphics
Knowledge of project management tool Wrike
Knowledge of social platform Smartly
Basic photography skills preferred but not required
