Job Description
What you’ll do:
The HR Generalist manages the administration and execution of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development
Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks in performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Preparing and drafting HR letters and document (i.e contracts, memo)
Ad hoc HR administrative duties
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor of Science, preferably degree in
Psychology or Behavioral Science
Experience : At least 5 years of experience in human resource management
Or related field
Others:
