We are seeking an Iteration Manager to join the Corporate Technology team and lead agile teams to achieve continuous and high-quality delivery.
What you will be doing…
Lead the team to achieve continuous, high-quality delivery, maintaining a focus on customer value and outcomes
Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders during sprints, facilitating discussions around designs, requirements, and backlog
Priorities removal of impediments and coach the team to resolve them
Monitor and communicate team reporting and metrics
Facilitate the identification and management of interdependencies across teams
Ensure the team can support and maintain the products they deliver and own
Work with program management to facilitate & provide estimates and resource requirements to aid forward planning
Continuously improve iteration management capabilities
Proactively manage demand and capacity with key stakeholders to deliver on prioritized and approved demand
Who you are…
You are a comfortable face to face communicator with the ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships across multiple stakeholders and possess the abilities to adhere to and realize business aims and philosophies in an active and vibrant workplace
You have at least three years iteration management experience, preferably in an enterprise environment delivering enterprise solutions and have a proven ability to think creatively to solve complex problems
You live for technology and enjoy staying abreast of new advancements
You are confident in your skills and are looking for a role that will challenge you to further develop as an Iteration manager
Essential Experience…
3+ years in a similar Iteration Manager position
Experience in a large IT environment
Strong business stakeholder management
Strong knowledge of key Agile concepts and how to implement them
Ability to coach/mentor others
Experience in leading geographically distributed teams
