We are seeking a highly technical and hands-on Lead Developer to lead our developers and projects predominantly in Drupal. Managing the successful delivery of projects will require planning, coordinating and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle. You’ll be joining our exciting global web development team working on cutting edge technology across our multiple brands. Key Responsibilities:
Design, build efficient, testable and maintainable code with the right balance between solving the problem at hand and not over-engineering your solution.
Lead our developers and projects predominantly in Drupal.
Work across the entire end to end stack, front-end web applications using modern JavaScript libraries such as Vue.js, and backend microservices/APIs like Salesforce, Sendgrid, PDF building services and more.
Collaborate in our cross-brand support team to plan and deliver high quality solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Take initiative and always look for ways in improving the quality of our solutions, code bases, technical debt, standards, processes and best practices.
Lead in our culture of engineering and operational excellence, continuously improving our craftsmanship.

Qualifications/Experience:
Degree qualified Undergraduate
5+ years experience in development, testing, and automation techniques to deliver end-to-end solutions
Understands CI principles and various implementations (Jenkins, GitHub actions, CircleCI)
Proficient in some of the following: Vue.js, SCSS, Foundation, and Cypress
IRA and Service Desk strongly preferred
